I didn’t know the laptop doesn’t have an enabled bluetooth. But when I called the supplier he was kind to explain and pointed out to me what I could do to have that if I wanted. He helped me solve and issue which I thought I had with the laptop and I’m enjoying my laptop now. Good seller.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
